Accounts Assistant

This is a position for a varied accounting and book keeping role working in a small but busy multi-company office, its an interesting role, for a construction, livery and holiday let business, suitable for a candidate looking for full or part time position with flexible working hours.

Job focus on CIS payroll, PAYE Payroll, finance and invoice processing on Quickbooks, VAT, credit control and and providing company MI.

Job Requirements

Office experience required, good telephone manner, excellent spread sheet skills, understanding of book keeping, payroll, good communication skills, independent worker, self-motivated and hands on/can do all round approach required.

Experience in construction with CIS, or tourism would be of benefit.

Essential – Accounts, Book keeping, VAT, QuickBooks experience, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word expertise.
