About the Author

PooleBournemouth.com was started up in 2017 by local resident Charlotte Craig.

After graduating from Lancaster University in 2002 with a BA (Hons) in Computer Science, Charlotte has worked in the digital sector as a web developer and project manager for almost 20 years.

She has freelanced since 2009 and currently runs a successful web design business, Neon Web Design (see LinkedIn profile).

Charlotte moved down to the Poole & Bournemouth area from London in 2012. Whilst on maternity leave, she noticed a need for a website providing local unbiased insight for tourists and residents alike.

In her spare time, she can be found enjoying the beach and magnificent Dorset countryside with her young family.
