Both founders are software engineers who've spent years building systems that people rely on day to day, so the technical work stays in-house.

One of us looks after design and everything customers see: how a site reads, how easy it is to find things, and how well it works on a phone. The other looks after what sits behind it, such as databases, online payments, booking forms, and connecting a site to software a business already uses.

Most projects start with a friendly, no-obligation chat about what the business is trying to achieve. From there we'll put together a fixed price and a timeline, so you know where you stand.

Before any design work begins, we map the whole thing out together: the pages, how they link up and what each one needs to do. Once you're happy with that, we start building.

We design in the browser, so you'll see a real working version early and can try it on your own phone. You'll have a private link to follow along, and you're welcome to ask for changes as we go.

When it's ready we handle going live, including the domain, email and search setup. After that we keep looking after the site, with the same two people throughout.

We're a small team of two, both founders, and both software engineers based in Dorset. Between us we're able to cover a whole project from start to finish.

One of us focuses on design and the parts customers see: how a site looks, how easy it is to find things, and how comfortably it works on a phone. The other looks after everything behind the scenes, such as databases, online payments, booking and enquiry forms, and connecting a site up to any software a business already uses.

We both stay involved on the client side, so you're never waiting on one particular person to be free. Being small suits the way we like to work. It means we can give each project proper time and usually come back to people the same day.
