Twelve is a Bournemouth, Dorset-based organic plant-based eatery and cold-pressed juice bar. Food that is friendly for the environment and your health.
The business was opened in 2018 and is very popular with locals and tourists alike.
Twelve is Dorset's only organic plant-based restaurant and the UK's first bar to serve fresh organic and cold-pressed juice cocktails.
The cold-pressed juice bar has a variety of options with superfood components to help you stay healthy. Fresh organic juice from fruits and vegetables is used in all of Twelve's cocktails. The organic bar also has a unique selection of organic wines, beers, spirits, and liqueurs, as well as excellent coffee.
There are no clear vegan clues, and the majority of diners are unaware that the menu is plant-based; their ethos revolves around organic food and sustainability. Twelve Eatery is defined not by what it lacks, but by what it is: a gathering place for vegans, vegetarians, pescetarians, flexitarians, omnivores, and meat eaters to sample innovative dishes in a welcoming environment with stylish furnishings and great music.
To start, perhaps try an Almond Burrata Salad or their 'Salmon' or 'Scallop' inspired dishes.
For mains, you are spoilt for choice with Teriyaki Noodles, B-Twelve Burger or Beer Battered Sea Shepherd Tofu and Chips amongst delicious dishes.
Finish off with a Summer Eton Mess or the Dulche De Leche cheesecake (above).
The restaurant also has a brunch menu with treat such as Truffled Mushrooms and Sausage Friccasse and the Grilled 'Steak' Sandwich.
Not to be outdone the drinks menu is also impressive, with organic wines that include a non-alcholic option, and lux cocktails, bottled beers and organic cold-pressed juices.
