Are you a calm, dependable driver based in Bournemouth? Would you like a role where your driving makes a real difference in people’s lives? We’re recruiting dedicated drivers to provide safe, reliable transport for SEND children and vulnerable adults to and from school.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage passenger behaviour with patience and professionalism.
– Communicate effectively with Passenger Assistants (PAs), parents, schools, and management to ensure smooth and punctual journeys.
Requirements:
Dorset Private Hire or Hackney Carriage Licence. (Vehicle provided)
Valid vehicle licence.
Enhanced, up-to-date DBS certificate (with update service).
No formal qualifications are needed—just the right licences, a clean record, and a caring attitude.
What We Offer:
Regular, part-time hours that follow the academic calendar (up to 42 weeks per year).
Shifts Monday to Friday only—no weekends!
Morning shifts (07:00–10:00) and afternoon shifts (14:00–17:00).
