WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

– Supporting people with personal care, washing, dressing and daily routines
– Helping with meals, hydration and everyday household activities
– Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
– Supporting medication in accordance with training, competency and care plans
– Promoting dignity, independence and individual choice
– Travelling between clients’ homes to deliver safe, person-centred care

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for people who are compassionate, trustworthy and committed to delivering excellent care.

Essential Requirements:

– A full UK driving licence or a valid licence permitting you to drive in the UK
– Access to your own car, appropriately insured for work-related travel
– Reliability, good communication skills and a caring attitude
– Willingness to complete required training and pre-employment checks
– The legal right to work in the UK

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. We value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
